Jacqueline Spray – MBA, PMP, C. Tech

I am an experienced senior leader with over 25 years of experience in the energy sector. My leadership style has always included jumping in, rolling up my sleeves, and helping my teams and colleagues generate ideas and find creative solutions to problems.  With the support of my own executive coach, I came to understand that I could be more helpful for those around me if I could enable them to generate their own ideas and solutions.

To develop the skills I needed to shift my approach, I enrolled in Royal Roads University's graduate certificate program in executive coaching.   Through this program I discovered my love of coaching and the incredible impact coaching can have in enabling transformational change. In addition to my executive coaching education, I completed my Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Executive Management and maintain a Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification and a Certified Technician in Electrical Design (C.Tech) certification.

I am fortunate to live on beautiful Vancouver Island, where I enjoy hiking, snowboarding, golfing, kayaking, and cycling with my two children and my husband.  I can also often be found in a rink or on a soccer pitch watching my two favorite young athletes play.

My coaching practice is designed to help people unlock their full potential, navigate complexity with confidence, and lead with clarity and compassion. I believe that empowered leaders create empowered teams and that the ripple effects of great leadership extend far beyond the boardroom.
