Refund Policy

At Two Bees Professional Coaching and Consulting Services, we are committed to providing high-quality executive coaching services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to be fair and transparent in our refund and cancellation practices.

 

1. Coaching Services

Your purchase of coaching sessions or packages indicates your commitment to personal and professional development. We encourage clients to engage fully in the coaching process to achieve the best outcomes.

 

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds for coaching services are limited and subject to the following conditions:

  • Initial Cancellation Window: You may cancel your purchase more than 24 hours prior to your session and request a full refund, minus any applicable transaction fees.

  • After Sessions Begin: Once coaching sessions have commenced, refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Unused Sessions: If you are unable to complete all scheduled sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, you may request a refund for unused sessions. Approved refunds will be issued minus a 10% administrative fee.

 

3. Session Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited and not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

  • Rescheduled sessions must be completed within 30 days of the original appointment date.

 

4. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of that session. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for no-shows.

 

5. Group Programs and Courses

Refunds for group coaching programs, workshops, or online courses are generally not provided once the program has started. Please review the specific Terms of Use for each offering.

7. Changes to This Policy
