We offer executive coaching, leadership development, and related consulting services. All services are designed to support personal and professional growth, and are not a substitute for therapy, legal, or medical advice.

2. Booking and Payment

• Coaching sessions are booked via email, contact form, phone, or text.

• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept e-transfers.

• Refunds are not provided for completed sessions. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule without penalty.

 

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Show up on time and prepared for sessions.

• Engage actively and respectfully.

 

4. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. All coaching conversations are confidential unless disclosure is required by law or with your written consent.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and frameworks shared during coaching are the intellectual property of Two Bees Coaching and Consulting Services and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

 

6. Disclaimer

Coaching results vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. You acknowledge that coaching is a collaborative process and your results depend on your commitment and actions.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

 

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website and services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
